Responsibilities Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technology industry. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their business needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for the role. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit for the organization. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple open positions simultaneously. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent. Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Provide timely and accurate updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on the status of open positions. Track and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events. Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the technology team to understand their needs and proactively anticipate future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Continuously promote employer brand and culture to attract top talent. Essential Skills Full cycle recruiting IT Recruiting Software Experience with iCIMS Additional Skills & Qualifications 5-7 years of experience, mid-Senior level Corporate experience in the IT space Experience recruiting Technical IT positions A background combining experience in both big and small companies, handling volume hiring with a polished approach Work Environment This role offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum requirement of working in the office 3 days a week. The office is located in Blue Lagoon. This is a contract-to-hire position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $77.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
