What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on reviews and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with a mental health team including psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security personnel
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functional levels
• Perform regular rounds in segregation or confined housing areas to assess inmate adjustment and treatment needs
• Provide mental health assessments, crisis counseling, and interventions for inmates in crisis
• Apply psychological counseling techniques and activities to address inmate issues
• Participate in call rotation and perform duties within the assigned schedule

What You Need

• Must be at least board eligible to qualify for privileges, or licensed Psychologist
• US Citizenship required for ICE clearance; expedited process in place
• Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations for clearance
• Experience in mental health assessment and crisis intervention preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
