TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, 17042!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Valid Registered Nurse License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate Must-Have: Epic experience required Call required Every other weekend availability required Description: The selected candidate will work 3 shifts of 12 hours each from 07:00 to 19:00. Call duty is required as part of the schedule. Every other weekend shifts are necessary. Candidate must have experience with Epic charting system. Clinical fit will be evaluated, and an interview will follow. Candidates should be aware that the facility may care for COVID patients. The facility maintains a tobacco and fragrance-free environment. RTO is maximally capped at 7 days. Floating to other units may be required as needed. Holidays are covered as needed by the staff. The unit primarily serves neonates and adults. The daily census averages around 8 patients. The unit houses a total of 14 beds with 12 rooms available for care. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and more. Patient ratios are 4:1. Candidates should be prepared to manage various clinical skills and procedures related to labor and delivery. Experience with maternal and neonatal care, including but not limited to postpartum complications, labor management, and infant assessments, is essential. The role may frequently require the use of specific medical equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
