$24.00–$26.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Specialist to join our Kent, WA office.
In this role, you'll be an important part of our recruiting team. You'll help identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, connect job seekers with opportunities, and keep the recruiting process moving from initial contact through placement.

This is a full-time, in-office position with consistent Monday–Friday daytime hours.

What You'll Do
•    Source and recruit candidates for a variety of positions and industries
•    Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
•    Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
•    Make outbound calls to candidates and prospective applicants
•    Communicate available job opportunities to qualified candidates
•    Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline
•    Schedule interviews, orientations, and appointments
•    Assist with onboarding and new-hire processes
•    Create, post, and maintain job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
•    Maintain accurate candidate information and documentation
•    Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
•    Work closely with Employment Specialists to help fill open job orders
•    Help ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience
•    Track recruiting activity and follow up on outstanding items
•    Assist with other recruiting and office responsibilities as needed
