Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year
End Date: End of the 2026–2027 School Year
Work Setting: Onsite
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers a manageable caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for primarily PreK–5th grade students
Manage a caseload of up to 55 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
