Call Center Banking Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Chandler, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

• Option 1:  Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm
• Option 2:  Tuesday–Friday, 9:00am–7:00pm + Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm
  Type: Temporary
  Pay:  $25/hour
  Openings: 5

What you’ll do

• Connect clients to the right financial solutions to help them meet personal financial goals
• Build and deepen relationships by uncovering needs and recommending products/services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customized solutions
• Support banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
• Refer clients to licensed partners when needed
• Quote rates/terms/programs as applicable
• Follow policies/procedures to manage risk and maintain compliance in every transaction

Required qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• 1+ year of upselling/cross-selling experience
• Strong customer service + sales mindset; comfortable handling objections
• Comfortable with coaching/feedback and change/new technology
• Intermediate computer skills
• Self-motivated, organized, strong decision-making/problem-solving
• Ability to work the assigned schedule (including weekends/holidays as needed)
• Education: High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)

Preferred qualifications

• Telephone sales experience
• Call center experience
• Banking/financial services experience
