You will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring seamless hiring processes, and supporting organizational growth through innovative strategies.Please Note: This role serves as the dedicated Nursing Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting recruitment strategy and hiring operations for nursing and clinical care teams.Key AccountabilitiesLead and Develop the Talent Acquisition TeamProvide leadership, direction, and coaching to recruiters and team membersEstablish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to outcomesSupport development through feedback, training, and growth opportunitiesEnsure timely completion of team deliverables and alignment to organizational goalsDrive Talent Acquisition Strategy and OperationsOversee recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and complianceServe as a subject matter expert on complex or high-impact recruitment needsContinuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance effectiveness and experiencePartner with Leaders Across the OrganizationBuild strong relationships with senior operational leaders to understand workforce needsAct as a strategic partner, aligning recruiting efforts to business prioritiesMaintain accountability for the quality and delivery of talent acquisition servicesManage RPO and External PartnershipsServe as the primary liaison between Texas Children’s and the RPO partnerEnsure alignment on goals, service delivery, and performance expectationsCollaborate with partners to drive results and improve outcomesCollaborate Across HR and the OrganizationPartner with HR leaders and peers to support enterprise initiativesAlign on priorities, process improvements, and change management effortsEnsure consistent communication and shared accountability across teamQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredExperienceMinimum 4 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition.At least 2 years of leadership or project management experienceTalent Acquisition experience in a large healthcare system preferredPrior formal people leadership experience Certifications (Preferred)SPHR or SHRM certificationEmployer Description Texas Children’s is one of the nation’s largest and most comprehensive pediatric and women’s health systems, grounded in a mission to create a healthier future for children and women across our communities and around the world.
