What You'll Do Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and customer relationship development. This role serves as a primary point of contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support. Working closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, the Inside Sales Representative ensures customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
