Property Analyst Sr / Lvl 3 / Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX

Position Overview You will be the Property Analyst Sr for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team oversees asset management across multiple off‑site locations, ensuring accountability and compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations. Responsibilities As the Property Analyst Sr you will be responsible for driving asset‑management excellence across our dispersed facilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate inventories of all assets at off‑site locations. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer contracts, and regulatory requirements. Develop and enforce accountability controls and reporting mechanisms. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Support audit activities and prepare documentation for compliance reviews. Basic Qualifications Generally 3+ years of related experience and a post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline. Familiarity with FAR/DFAR asset‑management requirements, proficiency in MS Office and AI‑driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Ability to travel as needed to support sites and activities. Desired Skills Skilled in MS Office and AI‑driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Excellent communicator and strong attention to detail. Certification from the National Property Management Association. Experience with the 1LMX system.
