Global Recruiting Partner - Pratt & Whitney - East Hartford, CT Country: United States of America Location: PW100: East Hartford 400 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06118 USA Pratt & Whitney, a recognized leading producer of the world’s most powerful jet engines, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our organization. We are seeking a Global Recruiting Partner to manage the recruitment process for the RPO vendor supporting hiring for individual lines of business. The role will serve as a subject matter expert, interact with HR Partners, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout UTC entities worldwide, and ensure compliance with global hiring standards and policies. Responsibilities Partner closely with allied HR Partners, Legal, Compensation and Finance team members to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance to recruiters, hiring managers and HR partners Manage the entire hiring process for Global Support Representatives within the assigned line of business Help design, develop and deliver hiring manager training programs and tools to bring objectivity and efficiency to the hiring process Improve and maintain the international hiring process and standard work for P&W Work closely with legal throughout the hiring process to ensure in‑country regulations are followed Act as the primary point of contact for any third‑party recruiting vendor management services Create an environment that fosters team effectiveness, cooperation, motivation and professional growth Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources related field or related years of experience 5+ years of Human Resources/recruiting experience 3+ years of international recruiting experience 5+ years of experience managing a full‑cycle recruiting desk US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder) due to program requirements Preferred Qualifications Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures Cultural savvy with experience in how to successfully communicate and operate in different countries Flexibility to work across multiple time zones Strong communicator and customer focus skills Excellent organization, planning and decision‑making skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a dynamic work environment A positive “can do” attitude Have the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material with sound business judgment Strong knowledge of process development, process improvement, and standard documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr IMDiversity
