Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with an interest or background in neurological rehabilitation to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is well suited for a clinician who is passionate about supporting adult and adolescent patients affected by brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological disorders. Key Responsibilities Conduct individualized speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations and treatments. Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical needs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and clinical psychologists. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and professional standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to support treatment goals and carryover. Monitor patient progress and make appropriate clinical recommendations. Qualifications Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility to obtain one. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. At least 1 year of clinical experience with neurological populations strongly preferred. Experience with cognitive-communication therapy and dysphagia/swallowing disorders. Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
