Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects

Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will: Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Help maintain project documentation and reporting Monitor jobsite safety and quality control standards Participate in regular project meetings and stakeholder communication Assist with procurement and buyout processes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
