Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 23 years as Vice President of a packaging, trucking, and warehousing company, bringing decades of leadership and business experience into agency ownership. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, have been married for more than 36 years, and am a proud parent of four. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and horseback riding. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager for Tom Prunty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
