Senior Finance Manager

Compensation: Executive package, bonus plan, fully employer paid medical and more Summary of Position Accountabilities/Description Responsible for financial management, varied project financial management & accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, process development, systems implementations, tax accounting and implementations. Summary of Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of accounting management for US divisions. Accounts Payable, Record to Reporting, Financial Analysis and order to cash. Preparation of financial statements, financial reports and analysis. Perform daily tax management and risk control. Perform Long-term and short-term cash flow forecasts Direct interactions between corporate & local financial banking entities. Establish and oversee funding management and risk management frameworks. Prepare overall annual project and financial analysis. Consult on various business development opportunities. Collaborate & support project pricing process and prepare project budget. Prepare report and analysis in different stages of the project. Establish internal control framework and ensure compliance within the US entities. Collaborate with external auditor for General Ledger account and tax auditing. Special Projects Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting. MBA required. CPA or parts passed highly preferred 6+ years’ corporate financial management position experience required Must have solid experiences in general accounting, financial reporting & analysis, tax accounting, Dynamic, internal controls, budget management and project management. Must have strategic planning experience at the management level Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Must have superior interpersonal, problem solving, organizational skills and must be a quick study Must have superior oral and written communication skills Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills Multiple tasking abilities required Must be able to function in fast paced, an ever changing growth oriented professional environment Must be able to function under remote management Must have solid change agent abilities International accounting experiences are a plus.
