Senior Accountant

A high-growth real estate finance platform with significant institutional backing has an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant — a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team with broad exposure across project accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting. Job Description: Manage accounting for real estate development projects and related holding companies Review and process construction draws, builder reimbursements, and project-level revenue recognition Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated reporting across entities Research and apply GAAP guidance related to revenue recognition, consolidations, and transaction accounting Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, monthly reporting packages, and budget-to-actual analyses Maintain weekly cash flow analysis and assist with financial statement preparation Assist with drafting and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Support ERP optimization and accounting system enhancements Requirements / Qualifications: 3+ years of public, private, or combined accounting experience Real estate, construction, or project accounting experience required Strong technical GAAP knowledge 4 days per week in office — Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, or Seattle WA Base up to $135K, total compensation up to $155K #J-18808-Ljbffr
