Regional Business Office Manager - Region 2 (Florida)

Preferred residence: Lakeland, Winter Haven, or the surrounding Central Florida area. Frequent travel to seven facilities throughout Central and South Florida is required.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to oversee the financial and administrative operations of seven healthcare locations throughout Region 2 in Florida. This position is responsible for providing leadership, training, and support to Business Office Managers while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and consistent financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Business Office Managers across seven locations.

• Ensure business office operations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash posting, and financial performance metrics.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Business Office Managers to achieve operational goals.

• Partner with Operations leadership to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Conduct routine site visits to support teams and ensure consistency across locations.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of Business Office Managers.

• Drive process improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-site business office management experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing, collections, and business office operations.

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel regularly throughout Region 2.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute healthcare.

• Experience leading regional or multi-site business office operations.
