Registered Nurse - Medical Intermediate Float

Job Summary: Seeking a Registered Nurse to join a Float Pool at a major hospital. This full-time night position involves floating across 14 units, including Neuro, Cardiac, Transplant, Pulmonary, Ortho, and Surgical, to provide care for medical-surgical and intermediate patients. Opportunities for growth include precepting, charge nurse roles, and additional training. The role requires a flexible, adaptable nurse with quick learning skills to build essential competencies. Qualifications 1 year of applicable experience Associate Degree Basic Life Support certification Current RN licensure Key Duties Providing patient care across diverse units, developing skills in multiple specialties, and potentially advancing into leadership or specialized roles.
