Job Description Work at our new state‑of‑the‑art service facility in Hanover. The role includes servicing and repairing vehicles following established standards and procedures, performing pre‑delivery service on new vehicles, and supporting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs Ensure required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards, including inventory stocking and general shop duties Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Three years of experience working as a Honda technician Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record Professional and dependable Safety and customer service oriented Basic computer and internet skills Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Must be Honda Certified to be eligible for sign‑on bonus Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical benefits Paid vacation Holidays Professional workplace Non‑smoking workplace Drug‑free workplace Opportunity for advancement Direct deposit 401(k) with company match Sign‑on bonus: $7,500 for qualified Honda Certified applicants We reserve the right to amend and change responsibilities to meet business and organizational needs as necessary.
