This is a hands-on role at the center of our executive visibility and events strategy. You'll manage our speaker bench, decide which stages are worth Noom's time and what role our executives should play on them, and then build everything that gets them there ready to make an impact – pitches, talk tracks, presentations, and briefing materials, from concept through delivery. You'll also own the planning and execution of Noom's signature owned events, including Noom Talks and the annual Art of Wellbeing Summit, from concept through post-event follow-up.You'll work closely with the rest of the Communications team, as well as partners across Marketing and our leadership team, to make sure every event reflects Noom's brand and mission. You WillBuild an events and executive visibility plan tied to defined audiences and goals, such as credibility in metabolic health, awareness of Noom's expertise, partner relationships, and relevant business opportunities.
