Requirements What You’ll Do Deliver a seamless, high-end client experience from first interaction to delivery Build and manage a strong personal pipeline using CRM, video, and follow-up discipline Guide clients through both in-store and remote/online purchase experiences Become a product expert and trusted advisor—not just a salesperson Collaborate with management and support teams to maximize every opportunity Consistently perform at a high level and exceed sales targets What We’re Looking For Proven track record of high performance in sales (automotive not required) Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with luxury clientele Tech-forward mindset—comfortable using digital retailing tools High level of professionalism, urgency, and accountability Self-motivated with a competitive drive to be among the best Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients at once Sales and or Finance Manager experience welcomed What Sets Us Apart High-volume luxury environment with strong brand reputation Forward-thinking leadership focused on improving the buying experience Opportunities for career growth within a growing dealership group A culture built on performance, transparency, and respect Requirements Two to four years sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Lexus products preferred. Demonstrated strong sales and negotiation skills including being able to overcome objections. Outstanding organization and communication skills. Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople Valid Sales License.
