Employment Litigation Associate

A nationally recognized labor & employment litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing Orange County office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes workplace litigation, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA matters, and complex single-plaintiff employment disputes. Attorneys in this practice receive meaningful litigation responsibility early, including client interaction, depositions, mediations, and courtroom exposure while working alongside experienced employment litigators. The Opportunity: Handle wage & hour class action and PAGA litigation Defend single-plaintiff employment cases Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case strategy Work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters Qualifications: 2+ years of employment litigation experience Experience in employment litigation, wage & hour, class actions, or PAGA preferred Strong writing and advocacy skills The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 - Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
