What will you do? Schedule all concession associates to work in assigned areas Work closely with NPO Coordinator ensuring adequate coverage, with a mix of nonprofit and union employees, during all events and adjusting schedules as necessary Maintain positive relationships with all associates Perform administrative duties to field all phone calls, text messages, emails, oral and written correspondence with associates Check-in all associates and ensure proper uniform is present on event days Quickly resolve any operational issues or emergencies that may arise during the start of events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Help management train new staff members on concession procedures, safety protocols and customer service standards Provide ongoing supervision and support to ensure adherence to policies and procedures Ensures all company policies are followed by associates May assist Sportservice Management staff with general and department specific orientations and training sessions Perform other tasks as assigned by management More about you Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment Previous experience with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Excellent organizational skillsAttention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages Shift details Days Evenings OT as needed Weekends Who we are Delaware North manages food and beverage services at Climate Pledge Arena, home of the NHL’s Seattle Kraken, WNBA’s Seattle Storm, and premier live music and entertainment.
