Key Accountabilities Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management. Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases. Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. Skills & Requirements Ability to advise and influence hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators. Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is USD $78k - $103k, plus applicable benefits.
