Lead Esthetician – Join Our Growing Team

We're looking for an experienced Lead Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, loves serving guests, and is excited to help grow our facial department.

Requirements:

• Licensed Esthetician

• 3+ years of professional esthetics experience (new graduates need not apply)

• Proven ability to sell skincare products, facial upgrades, and memberships

• Strong consultation and client retention skills

• Positive attitude with leadership qualities to help mentor and inspire the team

What You'll Do:

• Perform approximately 12+ facials per week with the opportunity to grow your schedule

• Recommend professional skincare and home care products

• Educate guests on treatment plans and upgrades

• Help lead and grow the esthetics team

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every visit

Pay: Base $22-$25 plus add ons and sales and tips avg service $65 Range 50 mins

Looking for more hours?
For the right candidate, we can offer an additional 10–14 hours per week as a receptionist. These hours include welcoming guests, booking appointments, and selling memberships. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance 
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services 
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals 
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars 
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management 
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude 
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships 
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
