Job Summary: Parkway is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pampa, TX. This role involves supporting day-to-day office operations.

Essential Duties

• Manage and organize daily office operations, including filing, record keeping and scanning.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain cash records in compliance with company policies.
• Expected to work with Finance Document Processor to support sales department.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Day shift (8am to 5pm)
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
