Gold Country Hearing Audiology practice in Redding,CA is seeking an Audiologist to add to our team. TheAudiologistwill be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, ourprovidersprovide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss. CULTURE, ATTITUDE , and ATTRIBUTES are very important to us so the ideal candidate must be: People-oriented Independent Patient-centric with great listening skills An organized multi-tasker A forward-thinking leader An outstanding communicator possessing top-notch ability to influence and sell A self-starter who exudes positive energy Friendly & compassionate A great teammate The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role: Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information Adherence to company policies and procedures May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS : Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients Masters or Doctorate in Audiology Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure Job Type: Full Time Salary: $90K-$170K Total Compensation Potential We offer a competitive salary and bonus, paid time off including holidays, Medical Insurance including Dental and Vision, 401(k) Plan, and other perks to include.
