Job description:


We are seeking a Primary Care Physician or Geriatrician to join their team in Northern California. The provider will primarily work in an outpatient setting, with optional assisted living facility coverage based on provider preference. This opportunity offers excellent scheduling flexibility, work-life balance, and a highly lucrative compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to geriatric patients (65+)
• Deliver high-quality outpatient clinical care (majority of practice setting)
• Optionally provide care in assisted living facilities
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate long-term care plans
• Perform preventive care, screenings, and wellness visits

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

• Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine
• Geriatric Medicine (preferred)

• Active California medical license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Experience in geriatric care strongly preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
