We're looking for someone who will become one of the faces of GojiberryAI. Someone who can turn everyday startup life, customer stories, sales challenges, product launches, and AI trends into highly engaging short-form content. The Role This is a full-time, fully remote position. Your primary mission is not to schedule posts. Your mission is to create content people actually want to watch. We want to build one of the most recognizable brands in AI, sales, and GTM. You will create short-form videos inspired by the type of content popularized by companies like tl;dv: Funny workplace sketches Relatable sales and startup situations Behind-the-scenes startup content Founder and team interactions Company culture moments Product storytelling AI and GTM education You will appear regularly on camera and become a recognizable personality associated with the GojiberryAI brand. What You'll Do Create and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X. Turn real situations inside the company into engaging content. Create recurring characters, formats, and content series that audiences instantly recognize. Film and produce sketch-based videos around sales, startups, AI, prospecting, remote work, and company culture. Collaborate directly with founders to transform ideas into content. Experiment constantly with new formats and trends. Monitor platform performance and improve content based on data. Help make GojiberryAI one of the most recognizable brands in the AI industry. Who We're Looking For You are comfortable being on camera. You enjoy creating content and entertaining people. You understand internet culture and how attention works. You know how to make people stop scrolling. You are naturally curious, creative, and highly autonomous. Most importantly, you know how to tell stories.
