Customer Service & Account Manager - Print Industry!

Salary: USD26 - USD31 per hour + bonus! We’re partnering with a well‑established, print and packaging manufacturer to hire a Customer Service & Account Manager . This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on PRINT industry experience who understands specs, workflows, production timelines, and customer expectations in a custom manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity that is fully onsite in St. Paul ! What You’ll Do Act as the key internal liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams Handle customer communication by phone and email, including order updates, spec clarification, and issue resolution Process and maintain customer orders within the internal order management system Prepare, organize, and maintain job specifications and order documentation for internal use Work cross‑functionally with production, sales, and quality teams to support accurate, timely order fulfillment Engage in daily production discussions to stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and workflow Adhere to established ISO and cGMP standards, procedures, and quality guidelines What We’re Looking For 2+ years of B2B Customer Service or Account Management experience in the PRINT INDUSTRY is ideal.
