A well-established, employee-focused print manufacturing organization in the Midwest is seeking an Account Manager (Customer Operations) to join their team. With over a century of experience, the company specializes in producing high-quality branded materials for consumer-facing products and works with a wide range of national clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to support customer relationships and oversee projects from concept through completion. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, sales, and internal production teams, ensuring a seamless experience and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers and internal teams, providing communication, coordination, and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with client stakeholders including marketing, creative, and operations teams, as well as third-party partners
• Assist in developing product specifications, coordinating samples, and supporting testing or trial runs
• Manage projects from initiation through production and delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and track project details within internal systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and share insights with internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination within a print manufacturing environment
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to think proactively, solve problems, and make informed decisions

Additional Details:

• Pay: $65,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
• Location: Fully onsite in the Minneapolis area
• Type: Direct Hire
