Impactful Affordable Housing Compliance Lead (Hybrid)

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist in Dallas, Texas. This role involves reviewing Affordable Housing applications to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, detail-oriented abilities, and be proficient in RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software. Travel is required for approximately 50% of the work time for property visits and trainings. Applicants with Housing Credit Certified Professional certification will be preferred, but training can be provided for those not certified. #J-18808-Ljbffr Assetliving
