Financial Controller

Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements Oversee accounts payable and receivable, resolve payment issues, and maintain strong banking relationships Perform cost accounting duties and inventory reconciliations Manage general ledger including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Manage month-end close processes including accruals and bank reconciliations Assist in the annual budget, forecasting, and financial analytics Supervise an accounting staff including review, training, and development Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Associate’s Degree with relevant experience will be considered. Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry preferred. Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel. Excellent communicative and organizational skills.
