Commercial Lines Account Manager

Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support producers and clients by servicing commercial insurance accounts, managing renewals, marketing coverage, and maintaining strong carrier relationships. Key Responsibilities: Service and retain assigned commercial accounts. Handle endorsements, certificates, binders, policy reviews, and client requests. Market accounts, obtain quotes, and negotiate with carriers. Prepare submissions, policy orders, and renewal strategies. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency procedures. Collaborate with producers to deliver exceptional client service. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days). 1+ years of insurance or related experience preferred.Reverse Flow (experience preferred) Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Compensation: $28.85 - $40.87 per hour Why Brown & Brown?
