Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for all nursing operations. Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness. Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. Oversee infection prevention and clinical quality programs. Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing leaders and staff. Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor resources. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional resident outcomes. Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged clinical culture. Qualifications Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is strongly preferred. Experience leading a fast‑paced short‑term rehabilitation and post‑acute program. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and Quality Measures.
