Join a collaborative team of five providers caring for patients of all ages. Schedule: Full Time; Clinic hours are 7am-5pm M-F. 2 Saturday mornings a month are required. Call structure: No call Practice setting: Outpatient Access to on-site lab Employed position within a nonprofit health system Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies. Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care. Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
