In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with shipping inquiries, tracking requests, service coordination, and general customer support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
