We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Restaurant Line Cook to join our culinary team at the Holiday Inn Portland Airport . In this role, you’ll help create exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests while working in a professional and team-oriented kitchen environment.

Whether preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, or banquet items, you’ll play an important role in delivering quality food and outstanding hospitality every day.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
• Set up and stock your workstation for service
• Maintain quality, consistency, and ticket times during busy shifts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Rotate inventory and assist with deliveries and prep work
• Support banquet and special event food preparation as needed
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous line cook required
✔ Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit required – ServSafe and OLCC certifications a plus
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude
✔ Passion for food quality and hospitality
✔ Open Availability required – including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods 
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 
• Ability to work safely in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
