ABA SHINE is seeking a compassionate and dependable Female Behavior Technician (BT) to provide Behavior Respite (BR) support to a young adult in San Ramon. The position will initially begin with weekend hours , with the potential for additional hours as the BT builds rapport and trust with the client and family . Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive supervision and caregiver-relief support.
- Assist with daily living activities and routines as needed.
- Implement behavioral and safety strategies according to the client's support plan.
- Use a patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
- Communicate professionally with the family and clinical team.
- 1+ Year Experience Required
- Children and young adults
- Weekends and may extend to weekdays after building a rapport with the client and his family.
- No travel
- In-home
- In-person
