responsibilities:
Strong delivery management mindset with the ability to operate horizontally across teams without relying on direct authority.

Highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, timelines and stakeholders at once.

Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping teams turn unclear, cross-functional work into structured plans, decisions and next steps.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex delivery topics into concise, leadership-ready updates.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, resolve differences and encourage transparent communication across matrixed teams.

Able to balance business needs, technical constraints, delivery realities and customer impact when helping teams make trade-offs.

Comfortable participating in Agile ceremonies to understand progress, risks and blockers without taking over Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities.

Proactive in identifying risks before they become issues and willing to escalate thoughtfully when decisions, resources or alignment are needed.

Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and looks for repeatable mechanisms that make delivery clearer, faster and more predictable over time.

Collaborative, respectful and able to work effectively with remote or virtual teams.
