Apply today.Position Overview The Payroll Specialist is responsible for assisting with duties and tasks associated with payroll. Responsible for executing payroll related processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations.Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesRuns and quality checks full cycle, bi-weekly payroll.Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.Updates employees' records by entering changes in earnings, deductions, address, direct deposit, and work location.Prepares payroll related reports for Finance and HR department.Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience/Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferredAdheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW2+ years of multi-state payroll experience requiredUltiPro experience is preferredOther Skills/AbilitiesTeam player attitudeOrganized with attention to detailSound data entry skillsExcellent telephone etiquetteMust be customer service oriented and take ownershipStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentSound analytical and problem – solving skillsStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office ToolsCompensationSalary Range - $70,000 - $85,000 USDThis role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range above, exclusive of potential bonuses.
