Print all lease and finance contracts, motor vehicle paperwork and any other documentation required. Double check finance numbers from top sheet and deal screen. Advise of any discrepancies Prepare tax and title documents. Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles. Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Sign over titles for all wholesalers. Stay abreast of title regulations. Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations. Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area. Experience required REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates Computer literacy and must be able to learn Company software.
