Sr. Customer Success Manager

Our Carrollton, TX-based client is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to drive customer outcomes across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and growth. This is a mostly remote, direct-hire position that will own multi-year success planning, executive alignment, advanced solution positioning, and cross-functional leadership.
COMP: $115K Base + Commission

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own executive-level customer relationships, align solutions with business objectives, and lead long-range planning, demand forecasting, and roadmap strategy.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, account growth, and multi-year expansion opportunities while maintaining portfolio profitability.
- Lead discovery, solution design, customized demos, POCs, executive presentations, and ROI/value engineering.
- Manage high-impact escalations, cross-functional account teams, and governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Champion customer success stories and drive measurable customer outcomes through advanced solution adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years in customer engagement, account coordination, sales support, or operations, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot
- Expert in disciplined usage of CRM
- Ability to triage issues, document accurately, and identify issue resolution
- Strong communication skills, including experience with C-level executives
- Proactively identifies trends, mitigates risk, and leads to complex issue discovery
- Ability to support international clients across multiple time zones and travel occasionally as needed.
