About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Sales Representative to join our team in a unique flex-time position. This role offers the opportunity to represent industry-leading dental products while enjoying a reduced work schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
You will build relationships with dentists, dental hygienists, and dental office teams, deliver product presentations, and grow your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, hygienists, and dental staff.
- Conduct dental office visits and professional product presentations.
- Lead lunch-and-learn and educational programs.
- Grow your territory and achieve sales objectives.
- Manage customer activity, product samples, and reporting through company systems.
- Represent the company with professionalism and strong product knowledge.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Dental Hygiene, or related field, or current Dental Hygienist licensure.
- 2+ years of successful dental, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
Preferred:
- Existing relationships with dental professionals in the local market.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Schedule & Benefits
- Part-time schedule: 13 working days per month
- Base salary: $30,000 annually
- Performance bonus opportunity: Up to $5,000 annually
- Automobile allowance
