Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Lancaster, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Hours are 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an every other weekend requirement.

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The facility offers a state-of-the-art environment for the treatment and recovery of individuals facing severe injuries or illnesses, including patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and more. The RN will provide specialized care and rehabilitation to maximize health, function, and quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support for the rehabilitation process.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and care processes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current PA nursing license or accepted license from a compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
