Refer all other questions to the specified departments as needed. Update new insurance information as received Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service. Healthcare experience is preferred. Electronic health record (EHR) experience is a plus.
