About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Global Markets Structured Solutions Sales within the Institutional Clients division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of providing and distributing ad-hoc product solutions to institutional clients in the region. This role involves establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their hedging and investment needs, and making tailored product recommendations. The Managing Director will also be tasked with generating recurrent income to meet revenue targets, promoting the distribution of ad-hoc solutions, and driving the origination of commercial opportunities. Collaboration with the Global Sales Manager, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements are also key aspects of the position.
