We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant & Bookkeeper to work directly with the Business Owner. A major focus of this dual role involves managing the company’s procurement documentation—specifically accurate purchase order (PO) entry, inventory tracking, and vendor reconciliation. You will serve as both a reliable administrative partner to the owner and a helping to streamline transactions and maximize productivity. 

Key Responsibilities  

Purchase Order Entry & Bookkeeping:

• Create, review, and process all incoming and outgoing purchase orders (POs) within our system. 
• Match POs with vendor invoices, delivery receipts, and bills of lading to verify pricing, quantities, and terms. 
• Reconcile discrepancies between orders placed and items received before finalizing payments.  

Business & Personal Assistance:  

• Manage the Business Owner's daily calendar, field incoming communications, and coordinate schedules. 
• Serve as the communication link between the owner, key suppliers, external clients, and team members. 
• Assist in drafting professional emails, compiling reports, and preparing meeting agendas. 
• Assist with the owner's personal logistics (e.g., household scheduling, appointments) to streamline their daily routine.
