We are seeking a motivated Accounting/HR Assistant to support both our accounting and HR functions in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support payroll processing and benefits administration.Coordinate employee training and development programs.Accounting / Finance:Assist with accounts payable and receivable.Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.Qualifications:1–3+ years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (hospitality experience preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or accounting software is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on-site in Naples, FL.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offOpportunity to grow within a dynamic hospitality company
