Hourly Wage Estimate: $49.06 - $73.59 / hour. This role will work a mixed shift covering both night and day hours. Job Summary and Responsibilities You will ensure high quality, patient‑centered care through direction and supervision of all house‑wide functions during a designated shift. You will participate as an active member of the nursing management team and assume authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration. You will prioritize clinical rounds to evaluate ongoing staff needs, and if necessary, identify additional measures to provide assistance. You will manage admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient‑centered care and facilitate effective interdisciplinary care coordination within and across departments. You will coordinate with the management/administrative team to ensure staff productivity and appropriate resource utilization to achieve high quality patient care while meeting financial performance goals and objectives. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or have an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required. 5+ years of experience in clinical practice required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. We are an equal opportunity employer.
