  • Capability to perform continuous standing, walking, lifting, and manual handling tasks as part of daily work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • No formal education or prior experience is required for this role.
  • Prior carpentry experience is helpful and considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with trusses, construction materials, or in a production or assembly environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with reading basic blueprints, schematics, or installation drawings is a plus.
  • Comfort working with mechanical equipment and production machinery.
  • Ability to use math skills in practical applications, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling components.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality when inspecting and removing defective products.
  • Reliability and flexibility to move between different workstations and tasks as production needs change.
